This Privacy Policy defines the data processing protocols applied by the company Loranthiquos (hereinafter "the Platform"), with its registered office at 25 Boulevard Haussmann, 75009 Paris, France. In accordance with the principle of minimization, Loranthiquos collects the following categories of data:

Identity Data: Name, first names, date of birth, and identity documents (as part of the KYC protocol).

Contact Data: Authenticated email address, active mobile phone number, and residential address.

Financial Data: Origin of funds, transaction history, digital wallets, and risk profile.

Technical Data: IP addresses, device identifiers, browsing metadata, and secure connection logs.

Article 3: Purposes and Legal Bases

The processing of your data is based on:

Contract Performance: For managing your account and accessing analytical tools.

Legal Obligation: In accordance with the Monetary and Financial Code (fight against money laundering AML-CFT).

Legitimate Interest: For infrastructure security and proactive fraud prevention.

Consent: For sending personalized market reports.

Article 4: Security and Encryption

Loranthiquos deploys institutional-grade security measures:

AES-256 Encryption: For all sensitive data at rest.

TLS 1.3 Protocols: For securing data flows in transit.

Sovereign Hosting: Data is stored exclusively within the European Economic Area (EEA).

Article 5: Retention and Rights

Retention: Your data is retained for the entire contractual period, then archived for five (5) years to comply with French legal requirements.

Rights: You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and data portability. Any request must be sent to [email protected]. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
